Effective date. This policy applies during the CSN founding member launch period and remains subject to final legal review before broad public launch.

1. What we collect

• Access request information. Name, work email, phone, center name, center size, and what you order most, submitted through the Request Access form.
• Contact information. Anything you send to hello@childcaresupplynetwork.com.
• Pilot account data. Information you provide during pilot onboarding so we can route orders, fulfillment, and invoicing.
• Basic site analytics. Aggregate, non-identifying usage data such as page views and referrers.

2. What we do with it

• Review founding member access requests and contact you about pilot eligibility.
• Run pilot ordering, fulfillment, and invoicing through approved vendors.
• Improve the catalog, restock lists, and platform based on operator feedback.

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell pilot operator data.
• We do not share access request data with vendors that aren’t approved CSN vendors.
• We do not use access request submissions for parent-facing marketing.

4. Vendors and processors

CSN uses third-party services for site hosting, intake routing, analytics, and email. Each processor only sees the data needed for its job.

5. Your choices

You can request a copy of the information CSN holds about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact: hello@childcaresupplynetwork.com.

6. Children

CSN is a B2B operator platform. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be reviewed and updated before broad public launch and periodically afterward. Material changes will be communicated to founding members directly.
