About CSN

Built by an operator who runs the centers.

Childcare Supply Network is built by a childcare operator who lives the same monthly restock, the same vendor sprawl, and the same ordering chaos as every other operator in the country.

CSN is not a software company that learned childcare from a deck. It’s a network being built from inside the work, by an operator who decided the patchwork of vendors, inconsistent pricing, and one-off ordering had to be replaced with a system.

Why this exists

Childcare programs order the same supplies every month. Paper goods, sanitation, classroom essentials, PPE, office. The categories are predictable. The vendor experience is not.

Most centers carry three to seven supplier relationships, three to seven invoices, three to seven cut-off times, and zero network leverage. CSN exists to centralize that purchasing into one curated catalog with member pricing after approval.

What CSN is

  • A centralized purchasing layer for childcare operators.
  • A curated catalog of approved products grouped by room type and operation.
  • Direct-to-center delivery through approved suppliers.
  • One ordering path with flexible payment options, including card, ACH, or approved invoice terms.

What CSN is not

  • Not a marketplace, not e-commerce, not procurement software.
  • Not a parent-facing brand.
  • Not a toy or curriculum store.
  • Not a chain that owns the centers. The operators stay in charge of their centers.

Operator-built principles

  • Curated, not infinite. Childcare operations need the right catalog item, not a thousand variants.
  • Standardized by room type. Infants, toddlers, preschool, operations.
  • One ordering path. Flexible payment options.
  • Direct-to-center delivery through approved suppliers. No center-side warehouse.
  • Founding member phase first. Real proof before scale claims.

Founder note

Why a childcare operator is building a supply network.

The same monthly restock keeps coming back. Same recurring supply items. Same chaos. Different vendors. A network purchasing layer is the obvious fix. CSN is that layer, built by someone who places the order every month.

The catalog is operator-led from here. What gets added next is whatever real centers request, reorder, and prove they need.

If you operate a licensed childcare program in the United States and you order the same supplies every month, you’re who CSN is built for.
