Terms of Service.

Effective date. These terms apply during the CSN founding member launch period and remain subject to final legal review before broad public launch.

1. Who we are

Childcare Supply Network (CSN) is a centralized purchasing network for childcare operators. The site at childcaresupplynetwork.com is operated by Childcare Supply Network.

2. Launch period

CSN is currently in a launch period. Public pages describe the current member access experience, product requests, and ordering support available through CSN.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site or attempt to access it in ways it was not designed for.
• Do not submit access requests on behalf of someone else without their permission.
• Do not use the site to compete with CSN’s member access program.

4. Accounts and access

Member access accounts are issued at CSN’s discretion. CSN may decline, pause, or end a member access account at any time during launch period.

5. Orders, fulfillment, and invoicing

Orders placed through CSN are subject to the network catalog, the operator’s approved account, and the approved vendor’s fulfillment terms. Invoice terms are approved during onboarding for each member account.

6. Intellectual property

All CSN branding, copy, design, and platform code is the property of Childcare Supply Network. Vendor brands referenced on the site belong to their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers and liability

During launch period, the platform is provided “as is.” CSN’s liability is limited to the value of the operator’s most recent CSN invoice.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated before broad public launch and reviewed periodically afterward. Material changes will be communicated to founding members directly.
